When I, Bob Clark, opened my own firm in Waynesville, North Carolina, after working for the District Attorney's office in Haywood County for 9 years, I did so because I sought the independence of a private practice. I wanted to work directly with individual clients and provide them with experienced and compassionate consultation.
I'm a small town lawyer who believes in doing the job right. My clients feel comfortable with my firm because I deliver personal service and give them honest assessments of their cases. I'm proactive with clients and strive to return all phone calls the same day they are received.

As a prosecutor for 14 years and a defender for 14 years, I have attained a strong background in criminal law and have a deep understanding of the local legal community.
